Horrible customer service by the OWNER - HVAC repair/maintenance

This company sold me a one year maintenance agreement that I paid for in advance. It gave me two maintenance calls. They performed one and then refused to honor the second one that I had ALREADY paid for because 12 months had passed. When I asked the owner if she was ok with losing an established customer over a $60 maintenance fee she said she was fine with it and actually LAUGHED!! Ridiculously bad customer service.

my company went out to do the service on the day we were supposed to no one was at home the homeowner called back 20 months later we told her that the equip. needed to be serviced on a regular basis she got very upset we did not go back due to already going 1 time & owner not being at home as she said she would be
