This company sold me a one year maintenance agreement that I paid for in advance. It gave me two maintenance calls. They performed one and then refused to honor the second one that I had ALREADY paid for because 12 months had passed. When I asked the owner if she was ok with losing an established customer over a $60 maintenance fee she said she was fine with it and actually LAUGHED!! Ridiculously bad customer service.
