Horrible customer service - Movie rent

I rented a movie ...I was charged more than what it showed on kiosk.When I called customer service,they said get a snapshot of charge.That was most horrible ans. I ever had...they hung up phone...??????

There is a moviecube in my supermarket that does not work. the message said to call or email you..it's in fla. pembroke pines. publix supermarket. on university blvd..
