Applebee's Corporation Complaint

Horrible customer service!

I just came from eating at applebees in houston texas
West oaks and I never got refills on my drinks my friends
Food was cold and tasted old. No one stopped by to make
Sure we were ok we asked to have her food remade
And that took over 20 min after we never got her meal
We asked to speak to a manager because it was not busy
his name was jessie and came to our table with attitude not
Even a hello and started arguing about how it had been less
Then 10 min when it was not so we told him he was rude and service
Was HORRIBLE he said we could leave then sent the host
To try and write our liscence plate down I will never go back
