Horrible company, AVOID their BS - Automotive protection plan

Please do not purchase any policies from this company and their other branches. Seems to me they switch their other small branch names consistently to avoid the scrutiny of customers and to avoid the negative reviews many customers are leaving behind. I have been a victim of their fraudulent behavior, as they are refusing coverage for an internal transmission problem which is blatantly part of the coverage warranty. But, they send an adjuster out to negate your claim and state that they aren't responsible for thus and thus reasons. Ultimately BS in the end. Please, if you find yourself in a similar situation, immediately file for small claims, as this is the only decisive way you will be able to claim your warranty coverage reimbursement.
