CertaPro is the worst comapny I have evr hired. They did a poor job, refused to honor their contract, wouldn't finish the job after they were paid, and left a huge mess. They chopped down many of my plants because they didn't want to cover them or move... More...

The contract was not honored. Neighbors saw me do the work and continually commented on the poor quality work. I have hundreds of pictures and welcome anyone to come see the incomplete job. My light fixtures and house numbers are still on my porch. I personally moved everything out of their way, and they STILL broke things and spilled paint everywhere. All I asked was that they do what was in the contract. Vee has been very unprofessional in dealing with this situation, and we will let a judge determine who is correct. I am taking them to court to get my money back, as well as court costs and to cover the damage that was done to my property. Every neighbor and visitor to my home is appalled at the poor quality, as well as breach of contract for not caulking or priming....which is in the contract. They painted over peeling paint, which is already coming off. Vee did not do her best to please me; saying, "you get what you pay for", does not sound like one is concerned about customer satisfaction. The proof is in the photos, documentation, and countless people who have continued to push me to proceed with getting my money back. They are very angry that I was taken advantage of, and then treated so poorly by the owner. I welcome anyone to contact me for pictures, or to come see the job for themselves.

I am the owner of CertaPro painters and would like to say that we went above and beyond the contract. I was on the work site everyday as Shannon continually asked the painter to do things that were not on the contract. Some of these things we did such as extra caulking, extra coats of paint and moving bricks and planters out of the way and moving them back. At no time was paint ever spilt, nor was the work site dirty or messy. I regret that the experience was not a good one for Shannon and did my best to please her.
