Horrible Service for TV - 26" HD TV

still waiting. 3 months for TV. we paid shipping to them, followed all instructions. for one month it was lost. finally a rep said yes we have your tv, i see your tv, but i can't help you. i told them i would call a lawyer - they said go ahead. it is our ceo's fault.
