Horrible Service - Lynx barbecue

Service Department and the Owner of Hearthside ignores emails and telephone messages, overcharged me twice, refused to deal with the issues, complicated my Credit Card Service for three months, and has ignored my written request to replace faulty parts. We now have charges pending for in the area of 12,000.00 for 4,000 Barbecue. What a nightmare. Feel free to contact me, if you are thinking about using this company. bobmatock@cox.net
