My flowers were delivered upside down and in a complete mess. The so called fast on line complaint line was a waste of my busy time. I had to take pictures from my office and send them in? Which I did. I was promised a replacement yesterday, this has not arrived. This is the worst service in the city. I have hundreds of associates that I will advise of this mess. This business is pathetic!

00848706 the second order I recieved to replace the first was DEAD, WROTTEN, SMELLED. THIS IS DISGUSTING! Embarrassing and humiliating!
