I swear this is the worst cable service known to man. I spend at least two hours a week on the phone with these clowns, and have spent a small fortune. The reps barely speak english, the techs are a bunch of thugs, and dont think Corporate will do anything for you. Can you believe if i cut my lights off my receiver goes out! I HATE DIRECPATH !!!!!!!!!!!!!
