You people act like ULTA is the only salon that has made mistakes before all salons make mistakes so dont get on here and tried to down one company for something so stupid. how about you learn how to do your own hair it's not hard and if your dealing with chemicals you are aleady fucked

I can empathize. I spent all evening crying because an incompetent stylist at an Ulta salon in Burbank, CA just turned my hair orange. I am furious and devastated, and will write my own review about this.
