This is the second time we ate at Cheesecake Factory. The first time was ok. This time was awful. After we were seated and brought our drinks, there was a shift change. The new guy came over introduced himself everything was fine. We ordered and got our food pretty quick. Then it went downhill. I ordered the chicken alfredo, and it was probably the worst I've had from anywhere, and I eat out a lot. There was just no flavor or seasoning even after putting salt in and I usually do not use salt. I ran out of my drink half way through and sat there and finished, and still waited after I was done just to ask for a little more. Then we sat there and waited another 10 minutes just to get the check. They're telling people an hour to two hour wait if they were a little more efficient turnover would be much quicker. We were going to get cheesecake to go but didn't want to sit there and wait another 20 mins while it was being boxed. The line at the door was to long so we left without any. I understand that we were there on a Saturday but we were seated before 4pm, there is really no excuse.
