McDonald's (McDonalds) Consumer Complaint

Horrible Customers Service!!

I went to the McDonalds drive through here in 29 Palms Saturday Feb. 8, 2008 @ 11:46 pm I was told by Heather at the drive through that they had ran out of food and the restaurant was closed. I was cars ahead of me so therefore I approached her window as I pulled around and asked to speak to a Manager or a Supervisor, I was told by Heather that they did not have a Supervisor working Saturday night. She stated that they did not have enough food and they ran out and they were all just pitching in helping out because they were without a Supervisor, after she spent time telling me this lie the Supervisor Senzel walked up to the window. She was very surprised that Heather told me there was not an Supervisor, she took my order for two apple pies and a soft drink and told me it would be 12 minutes to prepare. I waited patiently for 12 min. no one came back to the window with the order so I had to blow the horn. Senzel just handed the bag to me at this time it is 12:09 am. the Owner called me on Feb 14, 2007 and stated that the store is suppose to close at 11:00 pm. I go to McDonalds on Saturday nights after 11:00 pm and it is up and running I had to tell him/owner what his hours were (midnight on Saturday). Horrible Customers Service!!

well tht sound like a load of rubbish why wud they run out of food. U need 2 get a life if ur eating at the place

stop eating at that place- if their staff is too stupid to order food- then do you really want them cooking it for you? McD's makes you fatter than you already are- so have a salad instead... tool
