Horrible Customer Service

I placed an order with Sahalie on December 18, after seeing that the two items were "in stock". I naively believed that I would receive the order before Xmas by selecting their 2 day shipping. I received one item on January 3rd, and my other is in transit scheduled for delivery estimated for January 14th...almost one month after ordering "in stock" items with 2 day shipping. WARNING: Place orders with this company on Labor day to ensure delivery by Christmas.

We let you down and we're sorry. Your order wasn't handled with the care we have provided for decades. Our move to a new, expanded warehouse did not go as smoothly as planned. Your order was one affected.
