I am a frequent customer of a Amerada Hess store(store # 9401 in Inverness Florida).I have been going there almost all of my life.There is a certain cashier working there now named Jennifer Dwortey(not sure on last name spelling)she is always rude and nasty,she never smile,greets,says thankyou,have a nice day or anything.But what had now made me go to this extent is what happend the last time I was there.I went into the store and infront of me was a women and the cashier was totally nasty to her(come to find out she was a women who had an affair with her husband..so yeah I would have been mad to!)but the women said nothing to her just got what she needed and then left.But she didn't stop there with now a line full of customers she continued on while cursing and screaming.She gets on the phone and calls her husband,now it is even worse she is screaming and cursing 10 times harder(now remember she has store full of people now just waiting to be helped so they could leave)2 people have now put down there items and walked out.I know that she made her angry but it is the work place and she needs to conduct herself that way.She is making the place a horrible place to go and she should no longer have her job.I know alot of people who will no longer go into that store because of her.It would be differant if the women started it but she said nothing.She let her anger take control and she is just plain and nasty person who should not ever have to deal with customers,she should work all alone.
