Horrible Customer Service - Melt-It Off order line

I'm very upset right now. I ordered after seeing the infomercial, and was on the phone for a half-hour declining their "free" offers. Then I wasn't even told what my card was being charged. I called their customer service line and was hung-up on twice. So I e-mailed their customer service line and said to cancel my order. I'm waiting to find out what happens.

I also purchased the DVD and did not read the fine print and much to my surprise got another bottle of those Boost pills. I bit the bullet and paid for the first bottle (the price I pay for not reading fine print) however I immediately called and cancelled. I did not receive any further products and I do like the program however when I attempted to order two more balls at higher weights I was told there was a problem with my card. They refused to talk to me and insisted I speak to my bank. What a crock. I had made several purchase with the same card that day, was no where near the limit and did not have the patients to deal with the customer support that acted like they couldn't be bothered. Too bad, they lost my support that day!

I just had the same experience - after declining all the extra offers the call ended w/o telling me what amount was being charged to my card. Called the customer service number and they are only open Mon-Fri. Nothing on the website where you can check on your order. Guess I'll have to wait until Monday to see what I am being charged. I ordered 3 kits, and am expecting to pay 14.99 each plus S&H. Let me know how your experience turns out. I too was disappointed with the length of the phone call and only stayed on the line because I was afraid it would default to all those extras and end up being charged if I didn't stay on the line to decline them all as they took my Credit card info prior to hitting me with all those 'extra' offers!
