1) Forms for opening an account are confusing and misleading.
2) Proof of identity makes unrealistic assumptions for internationals.
3) Service charges are very high: $15/mo for having only a modest amount of money in the bank. That is $180/yr for not doing much.
4) Service charges get worse: I provided a cheque on day one, made two purchases on day two, and got charged $70 (2x $35) on day three because the cheque didn't count until a few days later. So $35 charge on top of a ~$35 purchase is 100% penalty!?
5) Online access security controls are of a very low level (no external token).
Frustrating. I am closing my account next week with a big smile on my face.
