Horrible - Shoes

Piperlime is lucky they have Gap as a parent company because they would surely be out of business otherwise. I ordered a pair of Belle by Sigerson Morrison Boots. They first cancelled my order after a week of waiting for the shoes for no reason; I immediately called them and they tried to appease me with a discount. I was fairly appeased (although I did receive one email claiming my order had been cancelled again because their system was confused. I finallly receive my boots and low and behold they ARE THE WRONG SIZE. The box says 8.5 but the shoes say 8. There is also NO RECEIPT OR INVOICE IN THE BOX. the customer service people are helpful. But COME ON! In this day and age there are plenty of other sites and sales I can go to without a fraction of this trouble. I am never shopping here again.
