customer service is horrible, all the owner michelle does is bug and bug and bug you until you have finally told her to bug off she insulted what I was wearing and also my friends. We are all 16 so we were really confused why this woman was being so rude. I wish their was a new owner because I would shop there if michelle wasn't.

Looking through all these comments, it is obvious that there were some kind of management-employee conflict. I don't let that influenced me because there are always 2 sides to a story. I have shopped at the store in Galleria last year (I am assuming it is the same store) and I did not have a problem. However, I went to this store in Willow Bend recently after I realized that the store in Galleria has been closed. The sales associate did follow me around the store and chatting away while I was trying to shop. It did bother me and when it became clear that I did not find anything I liked, she became short with me and I felt she wanted me to leave the store. Some products did not look like the ones from the other store in Galleria and so now I am thinking it is not the same store or maybe not the same company. But honestly, I was uncomfortable when I was in the store and maybe the sales person was just trying to be outgoing but was not having a good day. I probably would not visit this store again just because it just did not feel right.

Reply from Foxy Paws Management. This is obviously a false statement made by a disgruntled ex-employee. Foxy Paws has been a proud part of the dog community in North Texas for 10 years. This would not be possible unless we place the highest emphasis on customer service.

Get real, Michelle. Even the GM at the mall is hip to your game. He gave me a $50 mall certificate for the inconvenience you caused. You shouldn't be a manager, at any store.
