Same problem: 2 no-shows. They did call, but since i did not drop ecerything and answer the phone, they canceled the appointment, even though I called back in less than a minute. Also, I called every day for 3 days to confirm the appointment, and I called 5-10 minutes prior to missing their call. I am really pissed. Does anyone regulate these pos mother-fuckers?
