Horizon outlet is a rip off!!

This company disguises themselves as a "credit card". I received my card only to find out it wasn't a credit card at all. The card can only be used on their website. Once I went to the website and entered my card number and zip code it would not let me enter the site. I want my money back because this card is the biggest rip-off I have ever heard of or been sucked in by. I needed a credit card to help with financial woes and instead I got ripped off and taken advantage of. Don't get sucked in.

this site is a total ripoff I tried getting a refund and they refused now I'm messed up with my bank how do I get help I'm overdrawn can't pay my other bills because of this horizon company

this is not a rip off people. it clearly does not have a credit card logo on it. No visa, mc, discover...nothing. It clearly states that you can only purchase from their website. Although the stuff on the site is highly overpriced, by dealing with this company Ive raised my credit score 45 points. Its used to help build your credit score people. If you need a credit card get an unsecured cc thru them, its more prepaid, but if your credit is bad, I dont see why you are looking for someone to just "give" you $500 without doing a credit check. duh.
