They back what they sell. They sold me phones that had a rebate. The phone company did not pay anyone so Office Depot sent everyone their rebates plus a $5.00 gift card for waiting so long.I will do a lot more shopping at their stores. More...

I find this so ironic to see this here after I've had an opposite and totally frustrating experience with Office Depot over an HP printer I paid an extended warranty for. The printer stops working within 30 days and they won't take it back for an exchange or honor the extended warranty. Plus HP won't honor the year warranty that comes with the printer saying it's EXPIRED?????
