Every thing from start with sales person to top management is all LIE.
First they come and promise You so many option, LIe. They come for final lay out they show you something , when goes to real is coming wrong and differenet. They tell you ever body come to your house working for sears and employee by sears is LIE, thier inspector come to your house for inspection, tell you some thing and then you never get the report and agin LIE.
They tell you you will not charge till you are fully satisfied, again LIE, they charge you before even they finish their job.

They ruin my brand new flooring because of using the cheap contractor.
DON'T EVEN THINK TO GIVE THEM A CHANCE TO EVEN COME TO YOUR HOUSE.
Managers are worst than the worker, so supid, so inprofessional. UP TO to You to try them but you will regret the same way we did.

Wow. I can undeestand your frustration but seriously, it is hard to take you seriously when you can't even spell. Especially when you make words up "inprofessional" its unprofessional you half wit.
