Home Depot teak outdoor table and chairs - teak patio set

paid over 1000 dollars on a teak out door table and cairs all waether proof
and sat on it maybe twice from the splinters and worping of the piece with no resolution. lost money and time , if I can get this replaced or the company offer something it would be great.
