Home Depot stores closing?

I never thought I'd mourn the day a huge company started taking down it's doors in various neighborhoods all over the U.S. but I have to admit I am disappointed to learn that Home Depot is 'downsizing'. I have always found what I need there at a great price and without pushy salespeople trying to sell me anything I don't need. Just a good old fashioned warehouse on an extra large scale. I hope they aren't going out of business completely.
