Home Depot did what they said they would do - wow! - Washer/Dryer purchase, delivery and installation

We purchased a washer/dryer set from our local Home Depot recently and paid the delivery charge (which we were told could be rebated on special that month). We had the delivery guys come out and install the machines, they were nice and friendly. They did install both machines but it was only later that we discovered they had installed the hot and cold water connections backwards so we washed a few loads of colors in hot - uh oh!
A quick call to the Home Depot and they promised someone would be coming out within the week. The guy arrived (a Home Depot employee not a delivery guy) and fixed the connection easily.

During all of this we processed and received our rebate for the delivery fee as well so in all it was a great experience.
