Purchased a washer, dryer and refrigerator from Home Depot in Pinecrest, FL..what a terrible experience is has been. They attempted to deliver it to an incorrect address and then told us they couldn't deliver it to us for another week. We had already disconnected our refrigerator and I need one to keep my medication under refrigeration. It did not bother one person from the Store Manager Donald,to the Home Office Complaint Dept., Daniel. The delivery company was totally indignant. My items today were delivered by the "Keystone Cops". That is a story in itself--it has been a total fiasco. Once customers purchase items from Home Depot, Home Depot no longer is concerned about their customers--now I know why Home Depot is in financial difficulties--by treating their customers the way they do, it has finally caught up to them. Lowe's here I come!!!!

home depot delivered 2 friges over a period of a month both had large dents. only response was will bring another in 2 weeks and laughed
