On 9-30-2009 two of your employees gave me special service at your store #4660 on Plank Road in Fredericksburg, VA 22407. First JAMIE took the lumber cutting note my husband had given me and produced perfect shelves, even guiding me to a cheaper piece of wood which would serve my purpose. Next, FRANK at the pro desk ingeniously solved my birdhouse problem (a squirrel gnawed the entry too large)by tin-snipping a solution that's perfect.
