I recently purchased two products from your HIP line, kohl eyeliner and color presso. The lip color is just a poor product in a very intriguing applicator than doesn't work. The eyeliner is a great product in an impossible format. When using the kohl eyeliner it winds up all over my face as particles fall down my cheeks when I apply the product to my eyes. Also the tip of the eyeliner applicator bent at a right angle when I replaced it in the container and I can't seem to fix it.
I felt compeled to complain because you guys aren't exactly giving these products away. The eyeliner was $10.94 as was the lip color, plus tax. So I'm out $22. and change.

I agree. I purchased the HIP Color Truth cream eyeliner. I had got it about 6 or 7 months ago and didn't use it, but then I started using it and it worked GREAT! Then...I bought it again because I ran out.

It ended up being slimy and too wet...it didn't stick very well, and it smudged and smeared a whole shit-ton. It seems they may have changed their formula? I don't know, but I'm definitely not satisfied.
