Hey, I don't know if this is the right place to put this, but I would like to tell you about what happen to me. June of this year [2007] I applied for a mortgage and I was approved for an F.H.A. loan. But after Lead America set three closing dates, they [they breach the contract] I have reported them to Housing Aut. I know it's hard to buy a house now, but, if you are approved, why the Mortgage Companies lie to people. All of you people that is looking to buy a house now, Becarefuly. I was ready to move in my new house, After I didn't have a place to live. I was surpose to move in November 1, 2007.
