Hearthside - Crummy Customer Service - Fireplace

The customer service at Hearthside Distributors is VERY poor. Their website is confusing - we ordered a fireplace with doors and a frame. As their website is very confusing, we ordered the wrong doors (they didn't fit) and when we tried to return them, we were charged a 20% restocking fee. There was very little help from them in finding the right products. I would recommend you purchase from someone else!
