Happy Customer - Return Policy Rectified - Bravo Sports/Canopy 12x12

On 07/17/2009, I wrote a review on this site of Lowe's return policy. To summarize it was a broken canopy that I tried to return but was given a hard time for not having the reciept (the receipt was blank) and not being able to prove the purchase date. The canopy was used twice and the 3rd time it broke from a wind gust.

I also wrote Lowe's customer service informing them that I had written up a horrible review of their policy on this site.

I am happy to report that Lowes Customer Service was very attentive. They asked for my information, I contacted them and within 24 hours - the Simi Store contacted me and my husband was able to return canopy with no problem. My husband spoke to Tim McElroy and he said that Tim was very nice and polite. The return went very smoothly.

Kudos to this site and to Lowe's customer service. Kath and Christine were able to push all the right buttons and voila - a happy customer.

I purchased a B&D Grass Hog 14" String on 09-o6-09.I Assembled it as per instructions and tried to use it on 09-06. I had many many problems with hang-up of the line and no line feed. I returned this item on 09-07 and informed the clerk of my problems. She returned
my purchase price after much questions which I answered all of them. I asked her several questions
and she was very rude in her replies. I felt she was out of place with her rudeness and it was
not called for at all. Needless I was very unhappy with this clerk and her attitude in her remarks.
