Raul from Fantastic Sams in West Des Moines, Ia did a fantastic job on my daughters hair. This will be the 4th time we have used them in the past couple years. Twice for my hair, 1 time for my husbands, and 1 time for my daughters. We are always satisfied everytime we go in there. They have great stylists that actually know what they are doing. And they don't shove the products on you to buy them. They don't do extra stuff you didn't need them to do and then charge you for it. Shampoo, etc.
