I have been playing world of warcraft for like four years now; i recently took like six month vacation from world of warcraft. When I chose to start playing this game again, I got a game card and started playing; the next day I was hacked! So, I contacted Blizzard, they were nice about it, they understood, or so I thought. They got my account back to me. So i'm playing the game and I get disconnected. That's normal for wow so I put my password in and I get a link stating that I have been banned from the game for forty eight hours. I lookedinto the hacking of my game and found out that Blizzard had aloud another person to take my account and link it to their own account. The name on the "battle.net" account is "Barton". I had thought that since my name was on the account it could not be given to another with a different name. However my personal nformation wasnot at the top of the list for world of warcraft to protect. I'm still not sure why my account was given to another with a different name, but what i am sure of is that Blizzard has done an awful job at protecting my security!
