HREO.com is misleading

Every year many people turn to HREO.com to find properties in the Hamptons.
The site to say the least is a joke, slow, bad set up and ugly.
But, it is the only site that has all the listings.
The annoying part though is that these brokers leave outdated or unavailable properties on the website.
Therefore people who think they found a property and then get in touch with a broker only to find that the property is already leased or off the market are left with a slimy broker pushing more expensive properties on them.
In another world this is called Bait and Switch and it is not legal.
Someone at HREO pay attention and get this website in order and force brokers to keep listings updated.
