First they screwed up my shipping address while taking the phone order. Next, they they placed another order and promised 2 credits for it, but finally did not process the credits as promised over the phone. The person who took the phone order has no authority in terms of providing "credit" so beware when you make phone orders at HP Home & Office.

HP needs to out source back to American speeking customer service personal. The personal you have do not understand the questions asked to get correct response. I was given 5 different 1-800 or 1-888 numbers and no one could answer my question.
