I had been with Direct tv for many years,my receviers were really old ,had to unplug everytime i watch tv,so i got tried of it so i called them and they said my equitment was to OLD they would bring new equitment out.So a couple months I called them and told them I wanted to send them BACK ,because of medical reasons,had colon cancer 2006 and had been fighting really hard,So I had to go to more treatment and had to let something go. THEY told me I had to pay them $450.00....LOL,Is'nt that something I tell them i need every dime i can get to save me...! and they don't care or they are going to TURN me in for Bad credit......So I want people to know how they really are. They never told me inorder to bring a receiver in my house i was doing a New contract.
