HORRIBLE customer service - Bulle Pendant Light

ordered a very expensive light from here. it was on back order and they did not give me an estimated ship date. it arrived while i was away on vacation. when i returned, i opened the box to see the light was damaged in transit and looked nothing like it did in the picture online. i called them to get a return label and asked that it be replaced - they said it was past the 7 day return policy and refused to take it back! i explained i was on vacation when it arrived and they refused to do anything for me. worst example of customer service i've ever encountered.

I had a wonderful experience with them. When I would call they let me know about my order with them. They would never not work with someone. If it was damaged because I had a damage and they sent me a replacement within the next week.
