Ken Ray Flooring in Fayetteville, NC Complaint

I just had Ken Ray Flooring redo floors in my home. Not only was their work unprofessional but Ken Ray is the most unprofessional business man I have EVER worked with. I had him redo the floors in 2 bedrooms, the living room, and the dining room. The floors in the living room and dining room came out fine, however, the bedrooms were horrible. The sanding in the bedrooms was poor and as a result the stain was uneven around the perimeter of the walls. When I contacted him regarding this matter he claimed there was either kerosene or perfume that had spilled on the floors but I believe it is the result from sanding at night without sufficient light to see their work. As if this were not bad enough a fuse had blown when he was working and he wrapped one of the fuses in aluminium foil as a "quick fix" and neglected to tell me. This is a HUGE fire hazard!! When I discovered this I contacted him, he told me, "Well it didn't start a fire". I couldn't believe his lack of concern and care. Also, during the duration of the job his workers drank a whole case of water that was in my refrigerator, without asking, and smoked cigarettes in the house, leaving their cigarette butts in my toilet!!! Each time I tried to address the matter he would "blow it" off or act like it was not a big deal. He did nothing to rectify the situation. I do not recommend him to even redo floors in a doll house.
