COMCAST CABLE IN PLAINVILLE, CT IS THE WORST, I WENT TO THE OFFICE TO MAKE A PAYMENT ,I WAITED ONE HOUR IN LINE, WITH ONLY ONE WOMAN TAKING PAYMENTS, ANOTHER LINE WAS FOR BOXES, AND THE OTHER TECH ISSUES, WHAT A MESS THERE HAD TO BE 80 PEOPLE DEEP, THE AVERAGE CUSTOMER WAS UP THERE TALKING AWAY, IN THE WRONG LINE, NO ONE DIRECTED THEM, IT WAS A FREAK SHOW. CAN YOU BELIEVE YOU HAVE TO WAIT ONE HOUR TO PAY THEM, FOR THERE OVER PRICED SERVICE, WHAT A JOKE.COMCAST CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE, THEY NEED TO HIRE MORE PEOPLE, THAT COMPANY IS RICH.
