PIRATED DVDS. CAN'T GET A HOLD OF CUSTOMER SERVICE IN ORDER TO RETURN...THEY SAY THAT THEY WILL NOT ACCEPT RETURNED PACKAGES UNLESS YOU CONTACT THEM FIRST....BUT WHEN I EMAIL THEM, MY EMAIL GETS RETURNED AS UNDELIVERABLE...I HAVE ALSO SAT ON HOLD ON THE PHONE... More...
