HORRIBLE COMPANY!!! - FELICITY

PIRATED DVDS. CAN'T GET A HOLD OF CUSTOMER SERVICE IN ORDER TO RETURN...THEY SAY THAT THEY WILL NOT ACCEPT RETURNED PACKAGES UNLESS YOU CONTACT THEM FIRST....BUT WHEN I EMAIL THEM, MY EMAIL GETS RETURNED AS UNDELIVERABLE...I HAVE ALSO SAT ON HOLD ON THE PHONE FOR 2 HOURS WITH NO RESPONSE. LIVE SUPPORT ON THEIR SITE DOES NOT WORK. I HAD TO DO A CHARGE BACK ON MY CREDIT CARD IN ORDER TO RECEIVE A REFUND. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT & INTERPOL NEED TO SHUT THIS COMPANY DOWN!!
