HORRIBLE COMPANY - direct path cable service

Had us sign a one-year contract knowing they were being cancelled by the apartment complex in 1 week. Now we are tied to a 1 year contract and have NO service. They are also is affiliated with Direct TV and they want to charge a $250 'early' disconnect fee if we stop paying them but WE HAVE NO SERVICE!.
