If you have a choice - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!
Unfortunately, I dont have a choice so I have to deal with them or have no TV.
President & CEO - WILLIAM K DODD; 817 WEST PEACHTREE ST., SUITE 750, ATLANTA, GA 30308.

Send complaints directly to him. I've never had such bad service!!! And my service isnt even connected yet.
