HIP Cream Eyeliner...change in formula or what?! - L'Oreal HIP Color Truth cream eyeliner

I don't know if they changed their formula or WHAT...but I had gotten this eyeliner months before, used all of it, bought more recently, and it SUCKED.

The first time I bought it, I really, really liked it. Since I don't use a lot, it took me months to use it all up. About 6 or 7 months to be exact. I really liked it, though. It dried quick so I didn't have to worry about blinking my eyes and having it smear like M.A.C. makeups I've used before that were too oily. I liked that it stayed true to it's color ALL DAY LONG...and it didn't smear or smudge.

Now, I just purchased more because I ran out and it smears, smudges, and clumps up on my eyelashes. It rubs away, doesn't dry quick enough, and it all around just doesn't hold up to the reputation it did when I first bought it 7 months ago. I don't know if they changed the formula or WHAT....but it sucks now. I hate it. And I'm out $10 for it.
