HI, JoAnn Piontek from Crivitz Wisconsin, we spend our summers here and winters in Hudson Florida. We had DirecTV installed down in Florida under my name and had no problems, My Husband Larry wanted it for the NFL pkg, which at that time DirecTV had a monoply on. Our problem is when My husband called and wanted DirecTV installed here in Wisconsin under his name, a separate account. DirecTV just could not get there act together and keep the two accounts separate. They said they were joint accounts, he was promised 3 promo offers,

$10.00 off his bill for 20 months, this one is from the office in Georgia that we were first speaking with. From DirecTV we were promised:
$10.00 off for 12 monthes.
Also a free DVD player. Well we did not get the 20 month deal or the free DVD player, because of errors they made by tieing the two accounts together. Every time I call I get a different state, no two people tell me the same info. It took 11 days for us to get the system installed. I just think DirecTV should get their act together.
