Grossly Incompetent - Horrific Customer Support

This "company" is terrible. I sent a computer for repair, they ruined the computer and treated me like garbage. I hope you have found this review before you sent your computer to them, and understand LOUD and CLEAR not to do business with this incompetent and wrong company. Let's put it this way, we are pursuing legal action.
