Excellent store and resource -with knowledgeable staff. Everything for the home --from hardware, lighting, bedding,to repairs. It's slightly more expensive by the service and store policy are worth it.

Gracious Home is AWFUL!!! This is the worst store to deal with, if there is a problem with the product. You never get a straight answer, no one communicates. From the manager Sabir to the VP of operations Robert. I have spent thousands of dollars with them and they refuse to help. I will never refer my clients there. I will never shop in Gracious Home again.

Luxurious linens... Innovative new appliances... visiting Gracious Home is an inspiring experience, even for a New Yorker with limited space to house such beautiful goods.
