Great service, Great mattress - Simply Organic I mattress

I purchased a king sized mattress from this company in late 2007. The people that I spoke with over the phone were friendly and very knowledgeable. They explained how many "natural latex" mattresses actually contain some amounts of petro chemicals and helped me select the best for my needs. It took 2 - 3 weeks for the mattress to be made and arrive at my door. The boxes were beat up by the boy in brown shorts (never use oops shipping), however all components were unharmed and still sealed in plastic. The mattress went together nicely and to this day has been great to sleep on. Its so hard to believe anyone has had problems with this company.
