it's true that a lot of customers judge cust service representatives over the phone just because they have an accent..it is discriminating how people would judge the capability of the representative to resolve the issue bec od the reps' accent..it's sad but true

This comment was true... DirecPath really offers an excellent service. I guess people are just so judgemental since some of direcpaths reps have accents. They can actually help.
