My husband ate at the Everglades Restaurant at the Rosen Centre in Orlando during a recent builders show. He didn't notice that they had added an automatic gratuity on the bill, so he added another one.
When he got home, I immediately called the restaurant and the manager was VERY pleasant and prompt about refunding the extra tip.
Very gracious customer service, which I think is very importatn.
